The Role

We’re recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Night Drivers for a fast-paced pallet network operation in Chesterfield. This is a stable Monday–Friday night role, returning to base every shift — no nights out.
You’ll be joining a business known for investing in its people, offering development, progression, and industry-leading support.
Shifts & Hours
- Nights – Monday to Friday
- 11-hour shifts
- Minimum 55 hours per week
- Overtime paid on anything over 11 hours per day
What You’ll Do
- Work within a busy pallet network environment
- Load, secure, and move palletised freight safely
- Liaise professionally with depot and hub teams
- Maintain excellent customer service and a professional manner
- Complete all driving and delivery paperwork accurately
- Represent the company with safety, reliability, and care

What You Need
- Class 1 Licence (required)
- Driver CPC (required)
- Minimum 2+ years Class 1 experience — essential
- Pallet network experience preferred (not essential)
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
