Your Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring freight is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled work and communicate effectively with the traffic office.
- Complete all deliveries and collections as instructed.
- Adhere to company procedures, customer requirements, and the Highway Code.
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.
- Comply with EU Drivers' Hours, Tachograph, and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Keep your vehicle clean, professional, and roadworthy.
- Deliver excellent customer service during every journey.

✅ What We're Looking For
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
- A valid LGV C+E (Class 1) licence
- A valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card (DQC)
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication and customer service skills
- A professional attitude and strong commitment to safety
- Reliability and a positive team-focused approach
