Job Title: HGV Class 1 Driver (Full-Time)
Location: Woodley, Reading
Pay: £19.05 per hour (Minimum 9 hours/day)
Schedule: Full-time permanent contract | Overtime & Weekend Work Available (subject to business needs)
Lee Marley Brickwork is looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team based in Woodley. This permanent role is within our scaffolding division, responsible for delivering materials to multiple sites across London and the South-East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport scaffolding materials between locations
- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Always Adhere to Health & Safety procedures
- Comply with transport regulations and working time directives
- Understand and operate within legal load limits

What We Expect:
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any incidents promptly
- Attend company training, including FORS-compliance sessions
- Follow all company and site-specific safety policies
- Represent Lee Marley Brickwork professionally
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 1 licence
- Current CPC Driver Qualification Card
- Minimum of 3 years’ HGV driving experience
- Clean driving licence with no endorsements or convictions

Desirable (Not Essential):
- CSCS Card
- GCSEs / A Levels
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- HGV Driving: 3 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
- CPC Drivers Qualification Card (preferred)
- Clean Driving Licence (preferred)
