HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E) Ongoing Work
Location: NG9 Area
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Type: Full-Time / Ongoing
We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (C+E) drivers for ongoing, long-term general haulage work based out of the NG9 area. Whether you're looking for a stable local run or just want a reliable depot with no nonsense, this is a fantastic opportunity with a highly respected local operation. You'll be working with modern, well-maintained kit and supported by a proper transport team that respects their drivers.
Pay Rates
- PAYE: £16.75 - £21.75 per hour
- LTD: £20.50 - £25.50 per hour

- Work Type: General haulage across local and regional routes (curtain-sided trailers, palletised goods, and general freight).
- Schedule: Consistent Monday to Friday day shifts—get your weekends back.
- Vehicles: Clean, modern, and fully maintained fleet.
- Operations: Straightforward trunking and delivery work with efficient loading/unloading times at site.

What We Need From You
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for a minimum of 1 year preferred)
- Up-to-date CPC card and Digital Tachograph card
- No more than 6 penalty points (for minor offences)
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude on the road
