Pro1 Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Tug Shunter Drivers to join a busy and fast-paced logistics operation in Hinckley. This is an excellent opportunity for drivers looking for ongoing, secured work with a competitive hourly rate and a consistent 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

The Role
- Shunting trailers safely around a busy distribution yard
- Completing approximately 80-90 trailer moves per shift
- Working efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
- Liaising with the transport team to ensure smooth yard operations
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license
- Previous tug shunter or yard shunter experience
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Good awareness of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
