HGV Class 1 Drivers Wanted – No 3am Starts!
Looking for a Class 1 driving role without the early morning alarm?
Drivers Today are recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for a fantastic long-term trunking contract based in Cannock, Staffordshire. This is a brilliant opportunity for drivers who prefer later starts, clean trunking work and a regular Monday to Friday schedule. You'll be transporting parcel freight between Regional Distribution Centres (RDCs) using modern curtain-sided double deck trailers. Paid inductions are available, followed by long-term ongoing work for successful drivers.
The Role
- 🚛 HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver

- 🏭 RDC to RDC Trunking
- 🚚 Curtain-Sided Double Deck Trailers
- 🕙 Start times from 10:00 onwards
- ❌ No early morning starts
- 📅 Monday to Friday
- 💷 Paid induction provided
- 🚀 Immediate starts following induction
- 📈 Long-term ongoing work

What We're Looking For
- ✔ Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- ✔ Driver CPC Qualification Card
- ✔ Digital Tachograph Card
- ✔ Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
- ✔ Experience driving double deck trailers beneficial (training available)
- ✔ Maximum 6 penalty points
- ✔ Professional, reliable and punctual attitude
