HGV Class 2 Driver
Based in Burton
Monday to Saturday 01:00 - 05:00 starts
PAY RATES
- Mon - Fri = £18.21 per hour including holiday
- Saturdays = £20.17 per hour including holiday
Driver Require are recruiting Class 2 drivers to join our client based in Burton on Trent, Staffordshire.
Job Description:
- Carrying out daily checks on the vehicle you are assigned
- Reporting any damage, defects, or wear-and-tear to the Transport Team
- Effectively managing your driving time so that you don't acquire infringements
- EARLY STARTS - AM Start times between 01:00 - 05:00, but mainly between 01:00 - 03:00
- Average 10 - 12 hour shifts
- Store deliveries (high street and retail parks)
- Cage work using tail-lift (cages can weigh up to 250kg)
- Between 4 - 6 drops per day

HGV Class 2 Driver Specification:

- Experience driving in London would be advantageous, but not essential
