HGV Class 2 Drivers Portbury, Bristol

Looking for reliable HGV driving work in Portbury, Bristol? Join HG Recruitment and benefit from competitive pay, weekly wages and ongoing shifts with our established client.
Pay Rates:
- Holiday Accrued
- £17.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers for ongoing work with guaranteed set rota patterns.
Rota Patterns:
- Sunday to Wednesday, 12-hour shifts (48 hours per week)
- Sunday to Thursday, 12-hour shifts (60 hours per week)
The Role
Store Deliveries
- Deliver clothing items across retail stores
- Approximately 6-8 drops per shift/10-12 hours per shift
- Start times between 14:00 and 15:00
- Manual handling is required (handballing)
- Work as part of a two-person crew (Driver + Mate)
- Sunday-Thursday working
- Minimum 8 hours paid per shift

Requirements
- A valid UK HGV Class 2 licence (minimum of 6 months experience)
- A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- No more than 6 points on your licence
- 6 Months Minimum Experience
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling (handballing)
- Good knowledge of drivers hours and Working Time rules
- A reliable and professional approach
