HGV Class 2 (C) Dustcart Driver – 4 Day Week – £20.00 p/h – Oxted (RH8)
Pay: £20.00 per hour (weekly pay)
Bonus: £500 new starter bonus!!
Shifts: Tuesday–Friday | 06:00 – 16:30
Location: Oxted, RH8
Job Type: Relief Driver
Start: Immediate
4-day working week – long weekends every week
Workmate Agency are recruiting HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy waste collection team in the Oxted area.
This is a local, ongoing role offering a great work-life balance, steady hours, and a £500 bonus.
Bonus Scheme
- Receive a £250 bonus after successfully completing 4 weeks of work.
- Receive an additional £250 bonus after successfully completing 8 weeks of work.

The Role
- Driving a Class 2 refuse (dustcart/bin lorry) vehicle
- Working as part of a crew with loaders
- Collecting domestic waste across local routes
- Assisting with bins when required
- Ensuring all collections and missed bins are completed
This is a hands-on, active role, suited to drivers who are comfortable working outdoors and as part of a team.

What We’re Looking For
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence (minimum 6 months)
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Minimum 3 months Class 2 driving experience in the last 6 months
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Previous waste experience beneficial but not essential
