About EBB

Elliott Baxter & Company Ltd (EBB) is an independent, family-owned distribution business with more than 100 years of experience. We supply paper, board and office products across the UK and Ireland through our established warehouse and logistics network, combining national capability with local service and long-term relationships.
Our own delivery fleet is an important part of the dependable service we provide, and we are looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join our Ash Vale team.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday. As an HGV Class 2 Driver, you will carry out multi-drop deliveries to customers in the surrounding areas, helping to ensure that goods arrive safely, securely and on time.
The role combines professional driving with safe loading and unloading, accurate transport documentation and strong communication with colleagues and customers. You will be responsible for operating your vehicle in full compliance with road transport legislation and EBB procedures.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to join a stable, long-established family business, work as part of an experienced logistics team and play a direct part in delivering the reliable service our customers expect from EBB.

Key Responsibilities

Driving, Deliveries & Route Planning

  • Operate a Class 2 vehicle, completing multi-drop deliveries to customers across the surrounding areas.
  • Plan and follow safe and efficient routes, using GPS navigation and mapping where required.
  • Drive safely and responsibly at all times, obeying the rules of the road and representing EBB professionally when making deliveries.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
