HGV Class 2 Drivers Wanted – Join a Busy Frozen Food Distribution Team!
Drivers Today are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 (Category C) Drivers for a well-established frozen food distributor based in Stoke-on-Trent (ST6).
If you're looking for regular weekday work, competitive pay, and long-term opportunities, this is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, professional transport operation. This is a hands-on role, so you'll need to enjoy keeping active as well as driving.
The Role
- 🚛 HGV Class 2 (Category C) Driver
- ❄️ Temperature-Controlled (Frozen Food) Deliveries
- 🥙 Deliveries to takeaways, kebab shops, and food outlets
- 📦 Multi-drop deliveries
- 💪 Manual handling and lifting involved
- 🚚 Load your own vehicle before leaving the depot
- 📦 Unload stock at customer premises
- 🛒 Use pump trucks, delivery trolleys, and tail lifts
- 📅 Monday to Friday
- 🕕 Start times between 04:00 and 06:00
- 🚀 Immediate starts available

What We're Looking For
- ✔ Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- ✔ Driver CPC Qualification Card
- ✔ Digital Tachograph Card
- ✔ Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- ✔ Good customer service skills
- ✔ Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
- ✔ Maximum 6 penalty points
