About The Role
Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial seeks an HGV Class 2 Driver for a national distributor in Hereford. This temporary role, paying £15.00 to £16.81 per hour, suits those seeking full-time or part-time hours. You will operate a curtain-side vehicle on multi-drop routes, handling up to 25 deliveries daily, including kegs and pallets. Shifts begin around 05:00 AM, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of eight paid hours guaranteed. Immediate starts are available, offering either ongoing or ad-hoc work. Candidates should hold a valid Category C licence; new pass drivers are welcome. Weekly or monthly PAYE payments, pension enrolment, and paid annual leave are provided.

🚚 The Role
- Driving a curtain-side Class 2 vehicle
- Multi-drop deliveries (up to 25 drops per day)
- Delivering kegs, pallets, and boxed goods
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Providing excellent customer service at every stop
⚠️ This role involves manual handling and heavy lifting, so a good level of fitness is essential.
✅ What We Need From You
- Valid UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence
- CPC qualification & Digital Tachograph Card
- Up to 9 minor penalty points accepted
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
- Available for 05:00 AM starts, Monday–Friday
- A positive, flexible “can-do” attitude
