Driver - Healthcare Medical Waste Management (Class 2, ADR Preferred)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused driver with a Class 2 licence to collect, deliver, and store medical waste while building strong relationships with our healthcare clients.
What Will the Role Involve?
- Safely collecting, transporting, and storing medical waste containers at customer sites
- Providing exceptional customer service, fostering clean client relations
- Operating vehicles safely and efficiently in line with company and legal standards
- Adhering to strict delivery schedules, with clear communication of delays/challenges
- Loading and unloading heavy waste containers (physical material handling)
- Managing assigned routes under guidance to ensure timely, efficient service delivery
- Complying with safety regulations, logging hours, and passing roadside inspections

Who Are We Looking For?
- Class 2 driving licence (ADR endorsement preferred—training available for suitable applicants)
- A flexible, proactive attitude with a strong focus on customer needs
- Proven experience operating manual vehicles safely and handling manual tasks
- Upholds on-time delivery standards, understanding of this role as an essential healthcare service
- Availability for Monday to Friday (days only), starting at 4:00 PM

Job Details
- Permanent position with guaranteed Monday–Friday (days) hours
- Competitive salary: £38,610** per annum** + shift allowances + annual bonuses
