Job Opportunity at GXO Logistics: Class 2 HIAB Driver (Home Delivery, Bicester)


About the Role

Ready for a better work–life balance? Seeking a fresh start in logistics with evenings and weekends mostly your own?

We’re offering Monday–Friday working hours, plus only 5 Saturdays in the 10-week peak period—with premium pay at a highly attractive hourly rate.

Join GXO Logistics as a Class 2 HIAB Driver, supporting the Wickes home-delivery operation in Bicester.

This full-time, permanent role (39-hour week, 07:00–finish Monday–Friday) delivers exceptional service through timely, accurate multidrop and direct customer deliveries.

  • Delivering bulk items to customers’ homes using a Class 2 HIAB vehicle from Wickes stores
  • Upholding safe working practices to ensure your safety and that of colleagues

  • Providing excellent face-to-face customer service

Requirements

To succeed at GXO, you’ll need:

✅ A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement ✅ A valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC) ✅ Previous customer-facing experience is advantageous ✅ A positive, flexible attitude with reliability in timekeeping ✅ Ability to work independently ✅ An ALLMI or equivalent HIAB licence would be a bonus (not essential) ✅ Successful applicants will undergo a DBS check


Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary: £35,009.70 (paid monthly)
  • KPI reward bonus: £1,920
