Position: HGV Class 2 Moffett Driver
Location: West Horndon
Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: £22.05 per hour
DriverForce UK are seeking experienced HGV 2 Moffett Driver for our client based in West Horndon for temporary work. Please note bookings are based on our clients requirements.
Temp to perm opportunity available starting perm salary £36,500.00
Duties but not inclusive to:
- Drive lorries to transport goods over short or long distances
- Load and unload building materials
- Follow traffic laws and regulations
- Inspect lorries for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Communicate with dispatchers and team members

Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Moffett Delivery Driver within and around London, Home Counties would be ideal.
- Ability to drive various types of lorries, including flatbeds & curtain-side
- Excellent driving record with a valid HGV driver's license & Moffett Certificate or Forklift Certificate (can be converted to cover Moffett with training) to include full driver CPC, minimum of 2 years experience would be advantageous.
- Due to insurance requirement's the minimum age is 30 yrs.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical condition for loading and unloading cargo & assisting in warehouse when needed

- HGV Driving Licence (required)
- Driver CPC (required)
- Moffett License or Forklift License (required)

- Driving: 2 years (required)
