Pin Point Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced HGV Class 2 Driver Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation based in Yate.
This is not a pure driving role. Drivers are expected to support the collection crew throughout the day and assist with waste and recycling collections where required.
The Role
Working as part of a collection team, you will be responsible for the safe collection of household and commercial waste and recycling materials across the local area. Duties include:

- Driving Class 2 refuse and recycling collection vehicles
- Assisting with loading duties throughout the shift
- Working alongside loaders and operational teams
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
- Following planned collection routes
- Ensuring collections are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high standards of customer service
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Valid CPC Qualification
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Comfortable undertaking loading duties
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong health and safety awareness
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 05:00 and 07:00
- Ongoing work available
- Temp to Perm opportunities available
