The Staffing Network is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Dustcart Drivers to join a busy Waste & Recycling operation based in Milton Keynes.
This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady weekday work, early finishes, weekly pay, and long-term opportunities with a well-established operation.
Pay & Hours
- £16.00 per hour
- Monday to Friday only
- Shift options:
- 4:00am to 1:30pm
- 5:00am to 2:30pm
- 30-minute unpaid break

The Role
- Drive and operate a HGV Class 2 refuse collection vehicle
- Collect residential and commercial waste across planned routes
- Work alongside loaders during collections
- Assist with moving and returning wheelie bins where required
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects
- Maintain high safety standards while operating in public areas
What We're Looking For
- Valid UK HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence
- Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience
- Minimum 90 days recent Class 2 driving within the last 6 months
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card & CPC Card
- Previous waste & recycling industry experience is essential
- Reliable, professional, and safety-focused attitude
- Comfortable with physical work and outdoor working conditions
- Good teamwork and communication skills
