Location: Luton
Pay: £17.12 per hour + overtime
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Hours: 37 hours guaranteed | 4-day week (Tuesday-Friday)
Start Time: From 5:30am
About the Role
We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Refuse Drivers for a Temp to Perm opportunity in Luton.
You will drive refuse collection vehicles across Luton, completing multi-drop collection rounds as part of a team. This is a hands-on role, and drivers will also be required to assist with loading bins.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive Class 2 refuse collection vehicles across Luton
- Complete multi-drop collection rounds
- Assist with loading bins
- Work closely with the collection team
- Carry out duties safely and efficiently
Driver Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Minimum 12 months' driving experience
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Must have safety boots
- Ideally no points on driving licence
- Able to start work from 5:30am

Pay & Hours
- £17.12 per hour
- Overtime paid at time and a half
- Double time on Bank Holidays
- 37 hours guaranteed
- 4-day working week Tuesday to Friday
