Workmate Agency are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Skip Driver to join a busy waste management operation based in Harlow.
This is an excellent opportunity for a professional driver with previous skip vehicle experience looking for ongoing, full-time work with regular weekday hours and optional Saturday overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, collect, and transport skips to and from commercial and residential customer sites.
- Safely transport and dispose of waste in line with company procedures and environmental regulations.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.
- Complete all delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
- Provide a professional and courteous service to customers.
- Follow all road transport legislation, driver hours regulations, and health & safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle at all times.

Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous skip driving experience is essential.
- Good knowledge of UK driver hours and road safety regulations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
What We Offer
- £19.50 per hour.
- Monday to Friday working pattern.
- Day shifts: 6:30am – 5:00pm.
- Optional Saturday overtime available (6:30am – 1:00pm).
- Weekly pay.
- Ongoing, full-time work.
