WPRG Ltd is currently recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing agency work with a prestigious client based in Dagenham (RM9).
Whether you're an experienced Class 1 Driver or have recently passed your test, we have regular work available 7 days a week, with flexible start times to suit your lifestyle.

The Role
As an HGV Class 1 Driver, you'll carry out a variety of work for one of our valued clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles
- Store deliveries across the South of England
- Trunking work
- Long-distance driving
- No manual handling
- Completing daily vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Working safely in accordance with driver hours, tachograph and road transport regulations
- Average 12-hour shifts
- Start times available throughout the day and night
- Shifts available Monday to Sunday
Pay Rates
PAYE (Holiday Pay Included)
- Weekdays: £19.95 per hour
- Saturday: £22.53 per hour
- Sunday: £23.81 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £28.95 per hour
PAYE (Holiday Pay Accrued)
- Weekdays: £17.81 per hour
- Saturday: £20.11 per hour
- Sunday: £21.25 per hour
- Bank Holidays: £25.84 per hour
Minimum 12 hours' guaranteed pay per shift
What We're Looking For
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (minor offences only)
- Ability to complete a short onsite assessment (theory test and driving assessment)
- Professional, reliable, and safety-conscious approach
- Good communication skills and spoken English
- Previous HGV Class 1 experience is preferred; however, newly qualified drivers are encouraged to apply
