Shift Pattern

Rolling 4 on / 2 off rota (including weekends and bank holidays as required)

About the Role

Are you looking to start a rewarding career as a professional HGV Driver?

We are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join our Driver Academy, where you will receive structured training and support to become a qualified LGV Category C+E Driver. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable skills, develop a long-term career, and become part of a leading logistics operation within the dairy industry.

What You'll Do

As part of the Driver Academy programme, you will

  • Train towards obtaining your LGV Category C+E license.
  • Learn to safely collect milk from farms and deliver it to processing sites.
  • Carry out milk transhipping operations where required.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with farmers and colleagues.
  • Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and depot presentation.
  • Comply with all health, safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Always represent the business professionally.

Essential requirements

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Good level of physical fitness.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and safety focused.

Successful candidates will be enrolled onto a structured Driver Academy programme, receiving
