Both roles
Both positions are based in Wolverhampton, with travel across the Midlands and UK-wide, early starts and occasional nights out. You'll be part of a small, hands-on team supporting environmental and industrial cleaning operations to a high standard of safety and professionalism.
Role 1: ADR HGV Driver – Environmental Services
What you'll be doing
- Driving ADR-licensed tankers and other specialist vehicles to client sites
- Transporting waste and unloading materials
- Supporting environmental clean-up operations and site services
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting maintenance needs
- Working safely to meet compliance, environmental and customer standards
What we're looking for
- Full HGV licence
- ADR, CPC and CSCS tickets (essential)
- Experience in environmental services, waste management or industrial cleaning (desirable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Role 2: Industrial Cleaning Operative – Environmental Services
What you'll be doing
- Supporting site teams with industrial and environmental cleaning work
- Using specialist equipment such as jetting units and vacuums
- Helping with tank cleans, interceptor cleans and other site services
- Following health and safety procedures at all times

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in industrial or environmental cleaning (desirable)
- CSCS card and safety training (preferred - training can be provided)
- Full driving licence (advantageous but not essential)
For both roles, you'll need
- A flexible attitude to shifts, weekends, early starts and nights away
- To be a team player who's safety-conscious and willing to get stuck in
