About The Role
Location: 1 Rigby Lane, Hayes, UB3 1ET
Salary: £39,195.00 per annum / £16.69 per hour
Potential to earn an additional pay: £25 lone-working bonus per day (before overtime)
Shift pattern: 04:00 am - 14:00 pm
Overtime: Available, including weekends
Training: Full training provided
Start Date: Immediate

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the safe driving and operation of LGV Class 2 vehicles. You’ll support the collection of industrial and commercial waste from our customers, ensuring bins are loaded correctly and services are delivered to a high standard. You’ll follow all Health and Safety procedures — both our own and those of our customers — at all times.
This position includes lone working and requires you to take responsibility for loading activities.
What We’re Looking For

You’ll Need
- A valid, in-date Class 2 Licence and CPC Card
- A genuine passion for professional driving and road safety
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to excellent customer service
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a hardworking, supportive team
