About The Role
Location: SUEZ Poole I&C, Mannings Heath Road, Parkstone, Poole, Dorset, BH12 4NH
Working: Monday to Friday
Hours: 45 hours per week, 04:00am - 13:45pm
Salary: £36,042.37 + Overtime
- Overtime is required with approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays worked depending on business needs
- Bank holiday working is required at excellent overtime rates (excluding Christmas and New Year's Day)
- Full PPE provided

What Will I Be Doing?
As an LGV Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for collecting waste and recycling materials from our commercial and industrial customers while delivering a high standard of customer service and maintaining safe working practices at all times.
You will have the opportunity to operate a variety of specialist vehicles, including:
- Roll-On Roll-Off (RORO) vehicles
- Skip lorries
- Refuse Collection Vehicles (Dustcarts)
No previous experience operating these vehicle types is required, as comprehensive training will be provided. However, flexibility is important, as you will drive different vehicle types depending on operational requirements.

Essential Requirements
- LGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid Driver CPC qualification
- Commitment to health and safety standards

Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience within the waste, recycling, or logistics sector
- Experience operating RORO, skip, or refuse collection vehicles
However, these are not essential. We actively welcome applications from newly qualified Class 2 drivers, and full training and support will be provided to help you build your experience and confidence.
