About The Role
Pertemps Cardiff Commercial is seeking a full-time HGV Driver to join a well-established supplier of office products based in Taffs Well, Cardiff. This temporary role offers a route to a permanent position for the right candidate, paying £13.55 per hour. You will undertake multi-drop deliveries of workplace essentials to commercial clients across the CF, NP, and SA postcode areas.
Responsibilities include loading and unloading your vehicle and ensuring each delivery is completed safely and efficiently. We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established supplier of office products and workplace essentials, based in Taffs Well. They are looking for a reliable HGV Class 2 Driver to join their team, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for delivering office supplies and workplace essentials to commercial customers across the CF, NP and SA postcode areas. You'll play a key role in ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently and with excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Multi-drop deliveries to business customers across South Wales
- Loading and unloading your vehicle where required
- Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks
- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Providing a professional and friendly service at every delivery
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed in line with company and legal requirements

What We're Looking For
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 2 driving experience
- Good knowledge of the CF, NP and SA postcode areas
- A positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
