Surefreight Ltd: Join Our Expanding Team as HGV Technician
We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced HGV Technicians to work in our state of the art workshop in Heysham.
Location: Heysham
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintenance and Repair of HGV Vehicles and trailers
- Carry out fault diagnosis
- Prepare Vehicles for MOT testing
- Ordering Parts
- Signoff on PMI Inspections
The Person
- Ability to work in a busy environment and adhere to critical timescales
- Excellent knowledge of mechanics and electrics
- NVQ/City and Guilds Level 3 certificate or working towards such
- Ability to understand diagnostic equipment
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and delegate workload
- HGV Class 1 license is desirable but not essential.
