Adams Morey has an exciting opportunity to join our Fast Track Programme at our brand-new dealership in Andover.
Designed for ambitious technicians who are eager to develop their skills and progress their careers, our Fast Track Programme provides structured training, hands-on experience, and support from experienced mentors. Working with the latest diagnostic equipment and manufacturer technology, you'll gain the knowledge and confidence to become a highly skilled HGV Technician while being part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, two 15 minutes breaks & 30 minutes lunch break (unpaid).

Salary: £13.00 to £13.50 per hour, when passed the fast track course salary will increase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Inspections training and introduction to DAFcheck.
- Basic Electrics.
- Basic Brakes.
- Basic Servicing.
- IRTEC accreditation.
Ideally, we are looking for:
- The desire to convert current experience to the HGV industry.
- A Light Vehicle Technician qualification (minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent).
- A minimum of 3 years mechanical experience.
- Be a good Team player and a hard-working attitude.
