Location: West Drayton, Middlesex
Salary: £53,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
The Opportunity
Our client is looking to recruit two experienced Technicians to join its engineering team at the West Drayton depot. We are seeking one Mechanical Technician and one Electrical Technician to help maintain a modern fleet of passenger vehicles to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.
We are keen to speak with experienced PSV Technicians, but would also welcome applications from HGV Technicians who are looking to transition into the PSV sector. If you have strong mechanical or electrical experience on commercial vehicles and are looking for a new challenge, we'd be pleased to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on PSV vehicles.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical or electrical faults efficiently.
- Complete preventative maintenance inspections in line with manufacturer and company standards.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with DVSA and company regulations.
- Accurately complete maintenance records and job documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the wider engineering team to minimise vehicle downtime.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) - essential.
- Previous experience working on PSV, HGV, or other commercial vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits
- £53,000 per annum.
