Are you passionate about providing flexible, person centred, evidenced based psychological therapy to people struggling with a range of psychological difficulties including anxiety and depression? Do you want to continue to broaden and develop your skillset through regular high-quality individual and group supervision, a team approach to clinical decision making and ongoing CPD opportunities?

You will be part of a well-established, successful service providing both in-person and remote assessments and CBT interventions, often in primary care settings, as part of the range of high intensity interventions we offer (CBT, EMDR, IPT, DIT, BCT and Counselling). You will also offer (or work towards offering) supervision to junior colleagues, and advice, consultation and training to other clinical colleagues as well as having the opportunity to contribute towards shaping and developing our service in partnership with our service users.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
