HiBob Implementation Specialist (Contract - Part time)

Outside IR35 | Up to £500/day | Remote (UK) with occasional travel to Wimbledon

Contract Duration: September 2026 - January 2027 (initial implementation phase), with potential ongoing support through payroll go-live and post-implementation enhancements.

Harnham is seeking an experienced HiBob Implementation Specialist to support the delivery of a business-critical HR transformation project.

After more than a decade on our current platform, we are implementing HiBob across our international business and are looking for a proven HiBob expert to help us maximise the value of the system from day one.

This role will combine HR systems expertise, business process design, data migration support and project management, acting as the key link between Harnham stakeholders and HiBob's implementation team.

The Role

You will work closely with our People, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure that HiBob is configured in line with best practice and supports efficient, scalable business processes. Rather than simply replicating existing processes, we want an expert who can challenge current ways of working, recommend improvements and help us leverage the full capability of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as Harnham's HiBob subject matter expert throughout implementation
  • Reviewing current HR, payroll and benefits administration processes and recommending best practice workflows
  • Working with stakeholders to define future-state processes and system requirements
  • Coordinating activities between Harnham and HiBob's implementation consultants
  • Supporting project planning, governance and delivery milestones
  • Validating, cleansing and preparing employee data for migration
  • Reviewing system configuration and identifying opportunities for optimisation
  • Ensuring reporting requirements are understood and embedded into the design from the outset
  • Supporting user acceptance testing and go-live readiness activities
  • Advising on change management, adoption and ongoing system administration

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
