twentyAI is working with a leading Private Markets firm who are rolling out HiBob and need an experienced specialist to support a 6-month implementation project. This is a hands-on role for someone who has done it before and can hit the ground running, owning delivery from configuration through to go-live.
Outside IR35, immediate start, hybrid.
What you'll be doing
- Playing a key role in the end-to-end HiBob implementation
- Configuring HiBob, including workflows, permissions, reports and core HR data structures
- Building and supporting integrations with surrounding HR, payroll and business systems
- Mapping and improving existing HR processes as part of the rollout
- Managing data migration, validation and clean-up
- Engaging HR and business stakeholders, keeping them informed and aligned throughout
- Owning delivery against timelines, and flagging risks and dependencies early

What we're looking for
- Proven experience leading, or playing a key role in, a HiBob implementation
- Strong hands-on knowledge of HiBob configuration, workflows and integrations
- Experience working across HR systems, data and process improvement
- Confident engaging HR and business stakeholders, with the ability to own delivery
- Financial Services experience is strongly preferred, ideally within asset management, private equity or a similar environment
