About the Role
This is a high-performance Closer role working directly under Dr. Nancy’s leadership, selling to warm, highly qualified organic inbound leads and paid ads leads. Due to high lead flow, we need 2 new closers to join the team of our already established team of 1 closer and 2 setters. The primary offers are designed for serious professionals and career switchers looking to break into or accelerate in Product Management or AI. The ideal closer will be closing booked appointments, conducting consultative sales calls, and managing follow-ups to maintain a strong close rate. The last closer maintained a 37% close rate (making $20k/m), thanks to high lead quality and brand trust. We have a double money-back guarantee on our offers with a 96% client success rate.

Compensation
This is a high-upside sales role for strong performers.
- On Track Earnings: $12K–$20K/month+ (Our current closer is making $20k monthly here)
- You will receive a $2k base after closing your first 3 deals
- Remote role with flexible hours (US time zone availability required - we need 1 closer to work PST and 1 to work EST)
All employees and contractors will attend the company's annual retreat during Christmas break or Spring Break. (This year, we are going to South Africa)

Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound sales calls with qualified prospects over Zoom
- Sell B2C high-ticket education and coaching programs/Bootcamps ranging from $6,000 to $20,000
- Speak with warm leads from YouTube, organic social channels, referrals, community, and paid ads
- Understand each prospect’s career goals, pain points, urgency, financial situation, and fit for PMA programs
- Handle objections
- Follow up with prospects
- Work closely with appointment setters to improve lead quality, show-up rate, and sales call conversion
