About the Role
Forget landlocked patient rooms. This role transforms your clinical passion into an ocean voyage, combining maritime adventure with high-end healthcare provision. You’ll serve as the medical spine of a premium yacht, ensuring the health and wellbeing of passengers and crew across some of the world’s most enchanting destinations.
Rooms aboard your floating clinic? The Algarve’s dazzling beaches, the gilded essence of Monaco, the iconic charm of Italy, and the sun-kissed shores of Marbella call. OR The creek-hidden Greek islands, secluded tropical coves of Mallorca, and the pulsing energy of Ibiza.

Responsibilities
- Deliver premium, accredited medical advice and treatments in a diverse hoc-setting with a caliber of clients used to excellence.
- Lead your onboard crew through emergency, preventative, and routine healthcare protocols with flawless professionalism.
- Provide global clientele consultation in areas such as:
- General Medicine & Preventive Care
- Trauma & Emergency Response (adapted for marine environments)
- Nutrition, Fitness & Wellness Coaching
- Work in dynamic coastal and landfall scenarios, ensuring foreign shore visits run smoothly with proper medical logistical support.
- Engage in educational health initiatives, advancing maritime health for those from a plethora of backgrounds and geographical origins.

Requirements

Academic Qualifications:
- A medical doctorate recognised by an approved authority within the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, the UK, or Ireland.
- Exhibit verifiable entry clearance to practice independent medicine within national and local regulatory frameworks.

Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 60 months (or 5 years) of post-specialist clinical practice.
- Substantial prior experience in:
- Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine.
- Handling diverse clinical dilemmas in specialised settings.

Skills & Competencies:
- Unwavering command of English️—essential for ensuring zero-barrier communication onboard a high-end vessel where passenger safety guarantees must be absolute.
- An innovative approach to healthcare delivery that can thrive aboard a luxurious yet unforgiving sea-bound setting, simultaneously engaging the humanitarian with personal service.
