High Ticket Closers
Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: 100% commission-only, performance-based, with no base salary. Earnings are uncapped.
Position Overview
Our Client is seeking experienced High Ticket Closers to support the continued growth of its middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory practice.
You will speak with founders and owners of privately held businesses who are considering selling their company, pursuing a recapitalization, planning an ownership transition, or exploring another liquidity event.
Qualified inbound leads will be provided. Your responsibility is to lead consultative sales conversations, establish credibility, present the value of professional M&A representation, and convert qualified opportunities into signed advisory engagements.
This is a sophisticated, high-value sales role requiring strong executive presence, excellent judgment, and the ability to guide business owners through complex decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead virtual consultations with qualified inbound business owners.
- Identify each owner’s goals, timeline, challenges, expectations, and transaction readiness.
- Present the sell-side M&A process, advisory services, engagement structure, and value proposition.
- Build trust with founders, entrepreneurs, shareholders, and executive decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities from initial discovery through proposal, follow-up, negotiation, and signature.
- Address objections involving valuation, timing, confidentiality, fees, risk, and market conditions.
- Maintain momentum throughout longer, high-consideration sales cycles.
- Secure signed M&A advisory engagement agreements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, forecasts, activity, and next steps.
- Partner with senior M&A professionals to ensure a smooth client handoff.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
