High Ticket Closer

Location: Remote
Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: 100% commission-only, performance-based; no base salary.
Typical annual earnings are $100,000-$250,000+, with uncapped earning potential.

The Opportunity

Our client is seeking an accomplished High Ticket Closer to turn qualified inbound conversations with privately held business owners into signed sell-side M&A advisory engagements. You will guide founders through an important decision, establish trust quickly, and help them determine whether a sale, recapitalization, or other liquidity event is the right next step. This is a consultative closing role, not transactional telesales. You will own the relationship from the first advisory conversation through execution of the engagement letter, then partner with senior bankers for a thoughtful handoff into transaction execution.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
