Job Title: High Ticket Sales Closer
Location: Remote (US - Eastern or Central Time ONLY), UK

Compensation: Minimum On Target Earnings $20K / month

The Role
This is an established high-ticket closer role at an existing sales operation performing at scale. The closer will handle warm, qualified leads and enroll agency owners into the $12,000-$25,000 consulting program.

Compensation
- Minimum On-Track Earnings: $20k/mo
- Top Performer On-Track Earnings: $30k+/mo
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have proven experience closing high-ticket consulting, coaching, or agency-growth offers
- Can run strong discovery with marketing agency owners and connect operational pain to the program's business outcome
- Can work warm, qualified leads through a structured sales process and maintain accurate CRM follow-up
- Operate with the stated CHEM values: Constant Improvement, High Standards, Extreme Ownership, and Massive Action
- Meet the detailed requirements in the agreement and scorecard, since the form refers to those documents rather than repeating the criteria
