Learn to Trade is looking for energetic, confident and ambitious individuals to join our Live Events Team as Event Roadies.
This isn't an office job.
Every day is different. You'll travel across the UK supporting live trading events, helping clients take the next step in their trading journey while working alongside experienced speakers and high-performing sales professionals.

About the Role
£22,000 Base + Commission (OTE between £50k - £70k)
As an Event Roadie, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for attendees at our live events.
Working closely with our speakers, you'll help guide clients through the next stage of their trading education, ensuring they understand the importance of attending their Learn Forex (LFX) training and supporting them throughout the event.
This is a customer-facing role where professionalism, enthusiasm and communication are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to live events across the UK
- Support front-end speakers throughout the event
- Welcome and engage attendees
- Speak confidently with clients on a one-to-one basis
- Explain the next steps in the client journey
- Help clients enrol onto our Learn Forex (LFX) Programme
- Ensure clients book onto the earliest suitable LFX course
- Support the smooth running of each event
- Represent Learn to Trade and SmartCharts professionally at all times
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential.
Personality, attitude and willingness to learn are far more important.

Requirements
- UK driving licence preferred (not essential)
- Able to travel nationwide
- Weekend availability
- Flexible to work consecutive event days when required
- Professional appearance
- Eligible to work in the UK
