Scaling Verse
Scaling Verse builds client acquisition systems for B2B companies across real estate, IT, finance, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and tech. We sell one thing: the Revenue Growth Engine, a done-for-you AI powered outbound system, and we cap ourselves at four new clients a month.
We have a demand problem most agencies would kill for. Our marketing books more qualified calls than we can currently take. We are looking for one closer to take that calendar over.
What this role actually is
You take pre-booked calls with inbound leads who opted in, answered qualification questions, and chose their own slot. No prospecting. No cold calling. No setting, we have a setter. The calendar is full before you start.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Our sale is a single call. Discovery, the mechanism, and the close all happen in one 45 to 60 minute meeting.
Requirements
Please do not apply unless you meet all three.
- You have personally closed deals of £20,000 or more. Not team deals, not deals you supported. Deals you closed.
- You have 4 to 5 years minimum selling revenue growth services: marketing, lead generation, outbound, paid media, or growth consulting. Experience selling unrelated products does not transfer to this role.
- Fluent spoken and written English. You will be holding commercial conversations with founders and C-level buyers from your first week.
