Role Description
This is a full-time High Ticket Sales Closer role based on-site in London. The High Ticket Sales Closer will manage the end-to-end closing process for premium deals, including qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating terms with prospective clients. The role involves maintaining a strong, consultative sales approach, preparing proposal and contract documentation, and following up consistently to convert high-value opportunities. The High Ticket Sales Closer will collaborate closely with strategy consultants and account managers to align sales activities with client goals and service delivery. The position also includes tracking sales performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement of closing processes, and representing the company professionally in client meetings and events.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in high-ticket sales closing, consultative selling, and managing complex B2B deal cycles.
- Strong skills in lead qualification, discovery, solution presentation, and negotiation, with a focus on value-based selling.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, handle objections effectively, and communicate clearly in spoken and written English.
- Comfort working with sales pipelines, CRM tools, and performance metrics to manage and forecast high-value opportunities.
- Background in management consulting, professional services, or strategic business development is highly beneficial.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and closing premium deals in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in London and participate in client-facing meetings and events as required.
