About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Purpose
We are looking for a Quality Inspector to join our Reverse Logistics team, responsible for inspecting and assessing high-value returned consumer electronics, including mobile phones, graphics cards, gaming consoles and other electronic products.
The role will focus on product inspection, functionality testing, fraud and abnormality identification, and ensuring returned products are accurately assessed and processed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect high-value returned electronics, including mobile phones, graphics cards, gaming consoles and other consumer electronic products.
- Conduct inspections in accordance with SOPs, including serial number/IMEI verification, cosmetic condition, functionality, accessories and packaging completeness.
- Identify product substitution, tampering, component replacement, counterfeit products, missing parts and other abnormalities.
- Carry out further disassembly, hardware and performance testing for suspicious or abnormal products where required.
- Support authenticity verification and investigation of potentially fraudulent returns.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and supporting evidence, including photographs and videos, and record results correctly in the relevant systems.
- Determine the appropriate product disposition based on inspection results, including return to stock, refurbishment or repair, second-hand grading, exception handling or disposal.
- Review recurring abnormal return cases and support improvements to inspection standards, SOPs and risk-identification processes.

Requirements
- Previous experience in electronic product inspection, testing or repair, particularly with mobile phones, computers, graphics cards, gaming consoles or similar products.
- 2+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of consumer electronics hardware, product functionality and basic fault diagnosis.
- Ability to identify signs of tampering, component replacement, product substitution, missing parts and other abnormalities.
- Experience in electronics repair, refurbishment, quality inspection or used-electronics assessment is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain clear and accurate inspection records and supporting evidence.
- No specific professional certification is required.
