⚡ High Voltage Business Development Manager

Eastgate Engineering is looking for an experienced High Voltage Business Development Manager to drive growth across our HV Electrical Services division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded HV professional to shape client relationships, secure new business, and contribute to the continued growth of a high-demand sector.

You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the high voltage electrical services market, building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners, and helping to position Eastgate Engineering as a trusted name in HV delivery.

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in HV Electrical Services, ideally in a business development, sales, or client-facing role
  • Strong industry knowledge and an established network within the HV electrical sector
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
  • A self-motivated professional who can identify opportunities and convert them into results
  • Right to live and work in the UK (essential. Unfortunately, sponsorship is not available for this role)
