Associate Role in High Yield Capital Markets
We are seeking a high yield role for an associate with 2-6 years of prior qualification experience (PQE) within a top-tier capital markets practice at a premium US firm in London. The team advises on some of the largest and most complex high yield, equity, and debt issuances in the market.
About the Team
While the US specialist team is particularly well-known for acting for corporate issuers, there is also the opportunity to represent underwriters. The team is highly sought after to advise lenders on leveraged buyouts, particularly when there is a complex bond financing structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating bond documents (including credit facility documents, indentures, purchase agreements/underwriting agreements, offering memorandum, registration rights agreements)
- Taking a lead role in transaction management, coordinating closing processes, and managing condition precedent workflows.
- Liaising directly with issuers and underwriters

- US qualified
- 2-6 years' PQE
- Significant high yield experience
