The Higher Executive Officer will be the senior responsible officer for the deployment unit, motivating the team in uncertain and ever-changing work environments.
Responsibilities
As a Higher Executive Officer, your main responsibilities will be:

- Motivating and leading the deployment unit team
- Engaging effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels
- Working collaboratively with operational areas to embed the unit and maximize efficiency
- Actively engage with the SMT, responding to their needs and providing support
- Managing team performance and ensure performance and quality assurance data is captured and reported back to Central Hub
Requirements
Essential:
- High level of confidentiality in HR and operational matters
- Management experience or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
- Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure
- Ability to work with various stakeholders
- Experience in a changing environment focused on Service Level Agreements
