SCHOOL VACANCY

Will you be our new Higher Level Teaching Assistant?

A message from the children at Clifton Green Primary School;

'We go to Clifton Green Primary School and we’re looking for a new HLTA to teach our classes.

We would like you to be someone who knows our names, someone who asks us how we are, and listens to our answers.

We’re all different and might learn differently from one another, we might communicate differently or come from a different family, culture or background. Some of us might need extra help with some things like our learning.

We don’t all need the same thing to succeed – but we all need someone who believes we can.

We want you to believe that every single one of us belongs at Clifton Green and that we should all have the chance to join in, learn and succeed.

Sometimes you might teach our whole class when our teacher isn’t there. Sometimes you might work with a small group of us. And sometimes you might just work with one of us.

So, if you’re kind, patient, inclusive, enthusiastic and brilliant at helping us learn, please come and join us at Clifton Green Primary School. If you like sports, activities and playing that would be amazing!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
