The Royal Free NHS trusts consist of four hospitals providing world-class service to its patients in North London and beyond. This post will be based at North Middlesex hospital.

The North Middlesex Hospital cardiology department offers a range of invasive and non-invasive investigations. There is a cath lab that offers pacemaker implantation, ILRs, and angiography service. There is physiologist-led cardiac device follow-up service supported by our 3 EP/CRM consultants.

The post holder will be an invasive/devices accredited highly specialized cardiac physiologist, independently performing and reporting to BHRS standards at Advance Specialist level in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM). Applicants must hold full accreditation with BHRS or equivalent and have relevant experience at a senior cardiac physiologist level.

  • Deliver physiologist-led cardiac devices follow-up clinics
  • Deliver Physiologist-led remote clinics
  • Implantation of cardiac devices - pacemakers, ILRs

We also provide community services and have a dedicated 0-19 service for children and young people in Enfield so that they can get the best possible start in life.
