Role Overview
This role offers an exciting opportunity to further develop the Enfield Proactive Care Service Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) model and contribute to the design and delivery of an exemplary Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT).
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver a high standard of Occupational Therapy care to patients/clients and their families/carers within a community setting, ensuring services are responsive to the needs of a diverse and multicultural population.
- To work alongside senior colleagues in providing specialist Occupational Therapy expertise and advice to the wider service and multidisciplinary teams.
- To ensure that all Occupational Therapy assessments are completed within agreed service timescales and quality standards.
- To be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Occupational Therapy interventions within the service, managing a designated caseload and providing care in accordance with service specifications.
