An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Highly Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to join the Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Service at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic pelvic health service providing specialist care across a broad range of pelvic health conditions. The successful applicant will manage a varied and complex caseload, delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment for patients with bladder, bowel and pelvic floor dysfunction, pelvic pain, obstetric-related conditions, gynaecological conditions, male pelvic health and colorectal presentations.
The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in specialist pelvic health services, participate in multidisciplinary clinics and contribute to the ongoing development of innovative clinical pathways, including potential to expand into paediatric bladder physiotherapy.
The role also involves actively participating in teaching, supervision, quality improvement and service development. We are committed to supporting professional growth through regular supervision, protected continuing professional development, in-service training and opportunities to participate in audit and research.

The successful applicant will provide highly specialist assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based management for patients presenting with a wide range of pelvic health conditions. They will independently manage a complex caseload, working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. The post holder will contribute to service development, quality improvement, clinical education, supervision and audit, whilst supporting the continued delivery and growth of an innovative tertiary pelvic health service.
