The Role
As Account Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth by developing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales initiatives across your assigned accounts. You’ll take ownership of customer relationships, sales pipeline management, forecasting, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and commercial teams, delivering meaningful outcomes for our business, our customers, and the industries we serve.

- Sales & Account Management Experience
- Customer Relationship Management & Business Development
- Sales Forecasting, Pipeline & Contract Management
- Commercial Negotiation & Pricing
- Problem Solving & Customer Service Excellence
- Strong Communication & Stakeholder Management
- English Language Proficiency
- Knowledge of Heat Treatment or Industrial Manufacturing
- CRM & Commercial Systems Knowledge
- Quality, Compliance & Ethical Standards

Location & Work Pattern
This role is based in Chesterfield, with a hybrid regime. Some travel may be required depending on business needs.
