Hire and Sales Coordinator – Haydock (Office Based)
Monday to Friday | 08:30 – 17:00 | 37.5 Hours Per Week

At Speedy, we put our customers at the heart of everything we do, and we're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hire and Sales Coordinator based at our Haydock office.
About The Role
As a Hire and Sales Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, managing inbound calls and email enquiries, taking ownership of customer requests from start to finish, and working closely with colleagues across the Speedy network to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a fast-paced, office-based role where you'll build lasting customer relationships, identify opportunities to support business growth, and ensure all customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently and professionally.
What You'll Need
To Be Successful In This Role, You'll Have
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support environment
- Proven experience handling inbound customer calls
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and develop relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer records
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
- A proactive approach with the confidence to use initiative and make decisions
- A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a positive team culture
- A drive to identify opportunities and support business growth
- The ability to support your business unit/team in delivering our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver
