HIRE CONTROLLER-SHREWSBURY
Looking for a job where your hard work is actually recognized and rewarded? We’re hiring a Hire Controller at our Shrewsbury Depot! At GTAccess, we pride ourselves on creating a friendly, vibrant, and exciting workplace where our people can thrive.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day involvement in a busy hire office, supporting the management team
- Communicating with customers
- Taking orders
- Dealing with all hire processes, including hire contracts, exchanges, and breakdowns, and updating our Hire and CRM systems
- Dealing with any customer queries in a professional, friendly manner and advising on equipment needs
- Ensuring that all opportunities to maximize the company's sales to a customer are attained
